The Elio Grasso farm is located in Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe, and extends over 42 hectares, of which 18 are vineyards and the rest are woods and meadows, contributing to an ecosystem rich in biodiversity . Founded in 1928, it was in 1978 that Elio Grasso began to vinify and bottle the grapes from its own vineyards separately, aiming for quality production that reflected the local terroir . Elio Grasso wines, among which the Barolo Gavarini Chiniera, the Barolo Ginestra Casa Maté and the Barolo Riserva Rüncot stand out, are appreciated for their elegance, structure and aging capacity, representing authentic expressions of the Langhe territory .
