Barolo DOCG "Gavarini Chiniera" by Elio Grasso is a red wine of great elegance and structure, produced in the municipality of Monforte d'Alba, in the heart of the Langhe. Obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes grown on calcareous-sandy soils at about 350 meters above sea level, this Barolo best expresses the characteristics of the Piedmont terroir.
At sight it has a garnet red color with orange reflections. On the nose it offers a complex and intense bouquet, with hints of ripe red fruit, balsamic notes, graphite, incense and cocoa . In the mouth it is fresh and vibrant, with a solid tannic texture and a long persistence .
