Dolcetto d'Alba DOC “Dei Grassi” from the Elio Grasso winery is a Piedmontese red wine that authentically expresses the character of the Langhe. Obtained from Dolcetto grapes from vines that are about 30 years old, located at 280 meters above sea level on calcareous-clayey soils exposed to the south-east, this wine is vinified and aged exclusively in steel to preserve its freshness and varietal purity .

It has a bright ruby red color. On the nose it offers fragrant aromas of must, crunchy red fruit, wild berries and aromatic herbs. In the mouth it is fresh, vinous and juicy, with a smooth drink and well-integrated tannins . This Dolcetto is ideal to accompany cold cuts, first courses with meat sauces and white or red meats in simple preparations.
