The truncated word “Grillí” is a spontaneous dialectal consequence.
Straw white in color, very bright, with backlit shades tending towards green, rich in floral aromas of acacia, broom, ripe fruit of apricot and peach. On the palate it is rich, clearly flavorful to the point of being savoury; full-bodied, soft, fresh with citrus acidity, with an almond aftertaste. The label, with its geometric and colorful meanings, is responsible for exalting Verdicchio, the company and the territory through an abstract symbology.
