This wine comes from hillside vineyards grown with low yields.
The vinification is traditional with maceration for approximately 20 days at a temperature of 28-30°C.
Malolactic fermentation follows and the wine is then aged in barriques for 12 months.
Color: ruby red tending towards garnet.
Aroma: absolutely balanced, with notes of ripe red fruits, spices and vanilla.
Flavor: Full-bodied and warm. The tannins are sweet and silky, leaving a pleasant vanilla note in the mouth. The cherry jam is notable.
