The Nebbiolo (Chiavennasca) grapes in purity, harvested by hand in the most suitable vineyards of the Valtellina Superiore areas, after the natural drying of 3 months, are vinified "in red" with a long maceration. After 18 months of maturation, only in new French oak barriques, a further refinement follows for another 6 months in the bottle.
