From a very old vineyard, but still in excellent health and vigor, we obtain this very elegant and powerful wine, which combines the structure of a highly suited area and the extreme finesse of Nebbiolo. The aromas of small red fruits blend with hints of sweet spice and licorice. In the mouth the entry is very fine and elegant, but with a good sweet and long tannic persistence. Excellent pairings with different types of red meats and cheeses, as well as being very captivating for conversation at the end of the meal.
