The small winery set up by Severino, with the help of his wife Maria at the beginning, and later by his son Enzo and daughter-in-law Silvana, has continued to grow year after year. But the use of wood from barriques, large barrels and tonneaux is still limited today: it gives more complexity to the wines, without compromising their typicality.
Technology is fundamental, it is the engine of growth. Over the years the cellar has been continuously expanded, until it became necessary to build a new wing studied and designed by Enzo Lorenzon, in every detail, with particular attention to clean energy sources.
Light straw yellow in color. Delicate, characteristic, pleasant aroma. Dry, soft and harmonious in taste. Aperitif wine, suitable for a wide range of lean appetizers. In local cuisine it can be paired with soups, egg-based dishes, blue or freshwater fish, even fried, and shellfish.
Straw yellow in color tending towards citrus. It is a delicate, pleasant wine with a characteristic aroma. Dry, warm, full, with a light aromatic aftertaste. Excellent as an aperitif, it is traditionally associated with two other Friulian specialties: Montasio cheese and raw ham. It is perfect with all fresh cheeses and first courses.
Light golden yellow in color. It has a characteristic aroma, the flavor is dry and pleasant. Spicy first courses, creams and soups with aromatic herbs, blue or medium-aged cheeses, eggs and asparagus, lake or lagoon fish, spit-roasted eel.

Amber yellow color with a lively and bright tone, reminiscent of chestnut honey. It is intense, elegant, delicate. The notes of jam and candied apricot stand out with a slight reminiscence of licorice. It has an intense, decisive taste, but at the same time it is harmonious and balanced. Red in color with a tendency towards purple, it has a vinous and characteristic aroma. Dry, full, bitterish. Excellent with tagliatelle with game sauce, stewed wild boar, goulash, salami with vinegar or donkey stew.
Of an intense ruby red color, it has a bouquet with a characteristic herbaceous scent. It has a dry, full-bodied, slightly herbaceous taste. Typical wine to pair with grilled or broiled red meats. Also excellent with feathered game or mature cheeses.
Of a not very intense ruby red color. It has a characteristic aroma and a dry and slightly bitter flavor. Game birds, braised and roasted red meats, flavourful legume soups, medium-aged cheeses and smoked cured meats.
