Straw yellow in color tending towards citrus. It is a delicate, pleasant wine with a characteristic aroma. Dry, warm, full, with a light aromatic aftertaste.
Excellent as an aperitif, it is traditionally associated with two other Friulian specialties: Montasio cheese and raw ham. It is perfect with all fresh cheeses and first courses.

- The grapes are destemmed and then softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers.

- At the end of fermentation the wine is kept on the lees in stainless steel containers for several months. Bottling will then follow.
