Fragrant, cheerful and carefree, our zero dosage sparkling wine is made with Turbiana grapes, our native vine. Grapes so rich in fixed acidity made us think about producing a classic method. After a rest on the lees in the bottle for about 36 months, the sparkling wine comes to life in expressions of great refinement. Fine and continuous perlage, golden yellow color with golden reflections is how it appears to us in the glass. On the nose it is fragrant, with biscuity notes, bread and fresh fruit. The silky and creamy carbonation makes room for the acidity that stimulates salivation, bringing back biscuity and hazelnut notes. It is capable of showing all the potential of a classic method of great depth. Excellent with freshwater fish, cold white meats and summer salads, but also with the whole meal. Serve at a temperature of 8° – 9° C.
