The aromas are expressed in an embrace of red fruits and hints of aromatic herbs typical of the high hills of Langa wrapped in the nuances of the long maturation on the yeasts. A great freshness is supported by the creaminess of the carbon dioxide and the body given by the permanence on the yeasts. The notable persistence makes it a fantastic companion to various dishes.
