The charm of the Berlucchi winery does not stop at its ancient heart, the itinerary continues through galleries and niches where the bottles find the ideal environment for their refinement. The historical archive is curious, with the bottles "at the tip" of the most significant vintages, preserved to evaluate their evolution over time. For years the company has eliminated the use of allergenic substances such as eggs and milk from the production cycle.
