Appearance: pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, compact and resistant foam, fine perlage.
Bouquet: intense and fine, with a marked mineral and floral scent, linden and balsamic notes stand out, as well as peach.
Taste: intense and persistent. On entering the mouth, the intense minerality stands out, leaving the mouth with a pleasant floral and dry aftertaste.
