The Cuvée Rosè represents another jewel in the crown of our production. The idea of a pink sparkling wine was born at the table, thinking about the potential of the grapes already used in the production of Rosa dei Frati. The Cuvée Rosè is obtained after a rest on the lees for about 24 months during which it takes on both olfactory and gustatory complexity. Its perlage is very fine and its color, an antique pink, immediately suggests its potential. On the nose it is extremely elegant with saline notes that leave room for hints of small red fruits and rose petals. On the palate it is pleasant and tasty, the fruity flavors are found and all the elegance is confirmed. The bubble is delicate and caressing, the saline sensation and the freshness highlight the ease of drinking of this sparkling wine. It is ideal as an aperitif and can masterfully handle the entire meal. Recommended with fish-based dishes, even with elaborate preparations. Serve at a temperature of 8° – 9° C.
