Blending of the Cuvée using, together with the vintage wines, a good 20% of wines from old harvests aged in heat-conditioned stainless steel tanks to give complexity and uniqueness. Tirage with selected yeasts in the company and refinement in the bottle for at least 30 months. Disgorgement and further 2 months of evolution before being put on the market.
