Talò Nero di Troia Puglia PGI is a red from Troia grapes, also called Nero di Troia, an Apulian varietal known for giving life to elegant wines with a fine taste-olfactory profile. A beautiful softness balances the firm tannin, making the wine balanced on the palate and suitable for pairing with dishes of a certain structure.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS : Lively and intense ruby red colour; the bouquet is an elegant mix of floral notes of violet, fruity hints of cherry and blackberry, spicy notes of coriander, black pepper and liquorice. A light toasting enriches the olfactory profile with notes of tobacco and cocoa. Firm but elegant tannin, not very marked; structured wine in which you can notice a nice freshness given by a good acid note which ensures a certain longevity
