Vineyard with an unfriendly temperament, Susumaniello. This is why Susco, "bashful" in the local dialect. Generous in his youth, as he gets older he becomes economical, if not stingy, in his yields. Due to its low productivity, it was set aside in the past and today re-evaluated, by us in purity. It gives wines with a lively colour, complex bouquet and elegant tannins.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS : Wine with a floral and fruity nose, spicy with delicate balsamic notes; the color is intense ruby red. A good tannic texture predisposes to aging in wood. In the mouth it is structured with a certain elegance, reveals an interesting acid note and a good tasting persistence
