The "Paesi Tuoi" Barolo is produced using the blending technique, a technique used since the beginning of the last century. This is our winery's preferred technique, which aims to produce elegant and well-balanced wines.
Fermentation lasts 15-20 days at a controlled temperature of around 30°C to allow the wine to develop the tannins necessary for its long aging. It is then placed in large oak barrels for up to two years and then aged in the bottle to achieve final balance.
Color: ruby red with garnet red reflections.
Aroma: Intense and spicy. Enhanced with notes of licorice, coffee, and dried rose.
Flavor: Dry and full-bodied. The tannins are well-integrated and the plum note is evident.
