The Marcazzan Fabio winery is located in San Giovanni Ilarione, a small village in the foothills east of Verona. Descended from generations of winemakers, Marcazzan Fabio, in 2016, at the age of 24, decided that the time had come to realize his dream. Thus he began to make wine; starting from a certainty, which has become the philosophy of the winery itself: excellent wine is produced from excellent grapes and from excellent processing and care of the bunch, when the latter is still in the vineyard.

Starting from these basic principles, the Marcazzan Fabio winery stands out for its method and raw materials, for the right combination of "Mother Earth" and for the vineyards that are more than 50 years old. This type of production involves a lower yield but a considerable increase in the quality of the bunch. Our vineyards have their roots in a volcanic-basaltic land, this is the characteristic that gives our products a scent and aroma rich in tradition and history.
