Liqueur obtained by infusing pure prune juice in alcohol. The Prunus Domestica plant gives a fruit called plum, whose fresh juice is infused with alcohol and sugar. The result is a liqueur with an intense aroma of apricot, almond and dried fruit. It is a typical Venetian specialty to be tasted in company with small pastries.
