This Grappa has been patiently kept in the underground cellars of the Distillery in small French oak barrels. Grappa from marcs with a complex and aristocratic aroma from the San Guido estate, Bolgheri (Tuscany), steam-distilled in small batches, kept in 225-liter oak barrels in which the Sassicaia wine was previously aged.
