With an intense golden yellow color, it has a persistent and velvety foam. It goes well with savory dishes, roast pork, stewed rabbit and aged cheeses or with dry pastries. Thanks to its imposing structure, this beer can be consumed even 10 YEARS from the date of production. Beer brewed with home-grown malt. Refermented and aged in the bottle, unfiltered or pasteurized, it forms a natural sediment.
