Continuous research, time and environmental awareness have allowed us to obtain a special white wine with total respect for nature. This wine is obtained from resistant vines, resistant because they keep away the most common diseases such as powdery mildew and downy mildew. It appears straw yellow with greenish reflections. On the nose it recalls Mediterranean scrub, sage and delicate marjoram, then a fruity part of lime and pink grapefruit. On the palate it has excellent freshness and a sharp flavor, it has a pleasant persistence. The dry flavor and a well-structured body make it a balanced, versatile and "crunchy" wine. Ideal if tasted together with fish dishes or seasonal vegetables. It gives its best when paired with asparagus and cheeses.
