Vidi Brut Trento DOC Metodo Classico from Tenute Vidi is an elegant and refined sparkling wine made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the high-altitude vineyards of Trentino. After a long secondary fermentation in the bottle and aging on the lees for at least 30 months, it presents a fine and persistent perlage, delicate aromas of white flowers, apple, bread crust, and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is dry, fresh, savory, and well-balanced, with a harmonious structure that makes it ideal as an aperitif or to accompany fish, shellfish, and fresh cheeses.
