A wine that comes from the fruit of over twenty years of research in the vineyards. The grapes obtained allow us to have a concentration suitable for vinifying a fresh and aromatic Alta Langa, but with great persistence.
A wine with a fine and persistent perlage, straw yellow in color with intense golden hues. The nose has hints of yellow fruits together with flowers, bread crust and yeasts due to the long refermentation in the bottle. In the mouth it is full, rich, creamy and with good acidity, combined with well-marked freshness and flavor.
