The perfume develops an intensity of fruity hints of strawberry and blackberry, with an elegant fragrance of violet. The foam is colored and compact, with a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate it is fresh and quite tannic, full-bodied, with good softness. It has a pale ruby red color.
Due to its versatility it can be served throughout the meal. It is perfect with tortellini and other Emilian first courses. Ideal with cured meats, with zampone and cotechino. It goes well with cheeses and dry pastries.
