This very particular company setting, all aimed at sparkling winemaking carried out with the most noble, complex and meticulous of methods, was developed by the will of Giuseppe Bellei, called Beppe, from the mid-seventies. The passion for wine and the great ability to taste and understand it, pushed Beppe to develop other sparkling wines with the Classic Method in addition to Lambrusco and to produce a Brut from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay grapes, after selecting French clones of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for his vineyards.
