Rows of Pinot Noir have dotted our company's vineyards for over twenty years. The grapes obtained allow us to have a concentration suitable for vinifying a fresh and aromatic Alta Langa. To increase the range of "bubbles" we have added the Alta Langa Extra Brut Rosé label. The color is very delicate, bright and elegant. The perlage is fine, minute and persistent. On the olfactory level, the complexity of Pinot Noir stands out, with fruity and floral scents with white rose in evidence, bread crust, yeast and candied fruit finally close the floral bouquet. In the mouth the wine is dry, direct and full. The elegant and fresh notes with good citrus hints are present and the olfactory richness is in full balance with the palate. Note the finesse of the bubbles, the mineral sensation and good acidity in the mouth that complete the tasting notes of our Rosé.
