Vinification: pressing and destemming of the grapes. Fermentation in horizontal vini ers at a controlled temperature of 28°c for a duration of 4 days.
Aging: in cennto tanks for eight months using the macro-oxygenation technique for two days. Twelve months in barriques and another eight months approximately for bottle aging. Unfiltered wine.
