Torre Rosazza is a renowned winery located in Oleis di Manzano, in the heart of the Colli Orientali del Friuli. Founded in 1979 and part of the Genagricola group, the estate extends over 100 hectares, of which 80 are cultivated with vineyards, characterized by the typical "ronchi", hill terraces that favor the optimal ripening of the grapes.
The winery is located in a historic seventeenth-century villa, once a medieval fortress, restored in 2018 to enhance its frescoes and original architecture. Torre Rosazza is famous for producing elegant and contemporary wines, which best express the peculiarities of the Friulian territory. Among the whites, Friulano, Ribolla Gialla and Picolit stand out, while among the reds, Merlot, Pignolo and Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso stand out.
The company's production philosophy combines tradition and innovation, with sustainable practices such as grassing and green manure to enrich the soil and preserve biodiversity. Torre Rosazza also offers wine tourism experiences, including tastings and guided tours, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the Friulian wine culture.

From a few shoots recovered among the vineyards of the Abbey of Rosazzo, the Colli Orientali del Friuli have been repopulated with this noble vine, capable of producing wines of great character and typicality.
