Pinot grigio is the “symbol” wine of Lo Triolet. The first planting of this vine was carried out in 1988, with the aim of replanting the old family vineyards by planting an early variety that would ensure optimal ripeness even at 800-900 meters above sea level in the Municipality of Introd.

The choice of the pinot grigio was decisive for the development of the company, because from the very first year it aroused great interest from lovers of "good wine". Since then, Lo Triolet has grown and today offers a wide range of labels including white wines, red wines and sweet wines.
