Fresh green apples, caramel and a hint of dried fruit. This is the slowest-distilling taste of anyone in Scotland, of air-dried barley - never peat - and hand-selected sherry casks made from European and American oak.
Color : Golden yellow.
Aroma : Sweet with notes of caramel, popcorn and hints of hazelnut and fresh green apples.
Taste : Clean and medium-bodied with notes of green apples and grass and a slight hint of sweet licorice, with the addition of water you discover notes of almonds and linseed oil.
Final : Short and sweet with malty notes
