The name Beyond the Wall recalls how no one has ever managed to cross the ancient fortifications of Hadrian, that wall which represented the northernmost border of the Roman Empire in Britain for most of the period of Roman rule over these lands. A fortification that divided the island into two parts. No one has ever managed to go beyond this border, until today, when Highlands and Monferrato symbolically unite in this aged distillate. The barrels, selected one by one, come from those distant lands, from the ancient and most prestigious Scottish distilleries: Lagavulin, Caol Ila and Mortlach, important names that have made and are making the history of the best Scottish whisky.
