The result of a mix of grapes harvested in vineyards with a very low yield (45 quintals per hectare) and then vinified individually. The fermentation in barrique, the subsequent refinement (still in barrique for 11 months) and the final rest of 24 months in steel tanks and bottles return a white capable of lasting over the years which in the glass has a deep straw color and a large bouquet fruity and spicy. On the palate it is warm and soft, powerful and very fresh.
