Ciampagnis Chardonnay by Vie di Romans is an elegant and structured white wine from Friuli, produced with pure Chardonnay grapes grown in the Isonzo area of Friuli Venezia Giulia. The vineyards are located on shallow and reddish soils, rich in iron and aluminum oxides, which give the wine a marked minerality. Vinified entirely in steel, the wine ferments at a controlled temperature and ages for 8 months on the lees, followed by a further 9-11 months of rest in the bottle, thus developing complexity and harmony.

In the glass it presents a bright golden yellow color. On the nose it offers an intense and floral bouquet, with hints of lily, jasmine and honeysuckle, accompanied by fruity notes of pear and citrus. On the palate it is harmonious and balanced, with a pleasant freshness that balances the softness of the fruity hints, and a long and persistent finish that leaves an impression of great finesse and complexity.
