Presette is a playful wine, with a color that veers between pastel pink and bright pink. Fragrant notes of orange and pomegranate emerge on the nose. The acidity makes it sharp and austere on the palate, but is counterbalanced by a persistent and fun bubble. On the palate it is fresh with a pleasant floral note. Excellent alone as an aperitif, but also with appetizers, white meats and fish. For a tasty pairing, it pairs wonderfully with oriental dishes.
