Querciabella is a renowned Tuscan winery founded in 1974 by Giuseppe Castiglioni, initially with just one hectare of vineyard called "Vigna della Querciabella". Over time, the company has grown to manage over 100 hectares of vineyards, of which approximately 80 are located in the municipalities of Greve, Radda and Panzano in Chianti, and the remainder in the hinterland south of Grosseto.
Under the guidance of his son Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni, Querciabella has become a pioneer of organic and biodynamic agriculture in Italy, adopting practices that respect the environment and the ecosystem. The winery is known for producing high-quality wines, including Chianti Classico, Camartina and Batàr.
Querciabella's production philosophy is based on the balance between man and nature, with particular attention to biodiversity and environmental sustainability.
