The Falesco Winery in Montefiascone, Lazio, uses the ancient vines of the area and vineyards, between Lake Bolsena in Lazio, and the city of Orvieto in Umbria.
Passion for viticulture, a strong sense of belonging to the territory of origin and a scientific approach have been the basis of Falesco's production philosophy for over thirty years.
Straw yellow colored wine obtained from Trebbiano, Roscetto and Malvasia grapes, it is fresh and structured thanks to the good level of acidity. Very pleasant on the nose for its characteristics of fine aromaticity, it has floral and fruity notes.
The deep yellow color immediately suggests the complexity and richness of the wine. Citrus hints of cedar blend together with sensations of apple. Full-flavored wine, but also fresh, savory and persistent.
With an intense color with violet reflections, the scent is enhanced by its hints of fresh fruit and cherry with spicy notes that blend with great balance and elegance to those of vanilla and sweets given by the wood. The taste is enveloping, silky, with soft tannins and a rich and persistent finish.
From the Syrah vineyards from which the red Tellus has been produced for years, grapes are obtained that guarantee great freshness and particular predisposition to be vinified as a rosé. Tellus Rosé di Syrah was born with the 2016 vintage, and is the third arrival in the Tellus family.
