Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé was inspired by the prestigious Blason de France cuvées of the Maison Perrier-Jouët, introduced in 1955 and served in some of the best restaurants in the world. Created with gastronomy in mind, its generous and complex flavors can accompany an entire meal, overturning traditional notions that rosé wines should be reserved for dessert.
Perrier-Jouët Blason Rosé is such a well balanced and superbly structured wine that it lends itself to the more adventurous food pairings. "Try it with a grilled sirloin steak - it has the character and the charisma to rise to the occasion," says Séverine Frerson. Other delicious pairings include duck breast with black currant sauce.
